Completely obsessed here and unapologetic about it! I'm a Harry Potter fanatic! Love the books and movies. I have read and re-read the series many times. I've also read
"Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them", "Quidditch Through the Ages", and "Conversations with J.K. Rowling". I'm not even going to list the books I've read to get a better understanding of the myths and legends that inspired the books and the books I've read that are meant to explain the clues that are given through out the books.
I didn't read the books until after I'd seen the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone movie, so I love the movies almost as much as the books. I've seen them all enough times to be able to quote entire scenes easily. I went to the midnight show of the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire movie in my town, so I was one of the first people here to see it. I also went to the Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince book release party at Barnes and Noble in my town. I went dressed in my Harry Potter witch items and took part in the costume contest. I won some Harry Potter candy (Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans).
I've read (a lot) and written (a little) Harry Potter fanfiction. I also frequently check various Harry Potter related websites for updates on the books, movies and merchandise. I have bought a lot of HP merchandise by the way. Aside from the book and movie collections, I've got desk and wall calendars, sticker books, movie poster books, wall posters, t-shirts, a HP hooded sweatshirt, the wand w/sound effects, movie soundtracks, pins, candy (Bertie Botts, Fizzing Wizbees, Jelly Slugs, Cockroach Clusters, Ice Mice, Chocolate Frogs, and Drooble's Best Blowing Gum), puzzles, UNO, Scene It DVD game, Slytherin House ring, wallet, tie, scarf, Gryffindor tie, scarf, dress robe, HP wool sweater, Hogwarts wizard hat, wizard chess, Lumos book light, Lumos book light case -- Slytherin and Gryffidor editions, stationary, journals, well, you get the idea.

My sister Hayley loves the books. She started reading them ages ago (she read the first one as soon as it came out in paperback and all the other ones in hard back).
I enjoyed the films but I tend to read more academic books (aside from Doctor Who novels).
