i find it highly annoying, i have to keep my rubbish (which is usually something sticky) in my pockets as there's no bins around. unfortunately, bus and train stations all dont have bins for security reasons. some people fear that terrorists would drop bombs into bins disguised as rubbish, thats why there are no bins in bus and train stations.

The police aren't WAITING for you to drop your garbage - don't you think they may have better things to do? Why not use your pockets or bags for yout litter - then throw it away when you can - like most people who care for their surroundings.

Yeah, it's really aggravating, but it's to stop bombs being placed in them. They did away with self-storage lockers for the same reason.
