Yes. You are an employee at will, which means either party, employee OR employer, can terminate the employment without cause and without notice.

Depends on when you started the job. All companies are required to give a new employee a 90 day trial period. After 90 days, if the employer doesn't fire the employee because the working relationship isn't going to work out, then the employee decide to quit at the time. If you want to quit at any time, then my advice to you is go work here during the busy holiday season that way, there will be no commitments. you can tell your employer that you have enough Christmas money.

yes. If you are not under a contract you can quit at any time for any reason. Remember, if you quit without notice you will probably not get a good recommendation if a new employer calls for your work history. give at least a week, if not two.

Unless you signed something stating otherwise, you can ALWAYS quit. Word to the wise, give two weeks notice. Remember that future employers often call past employers and if you just up and leave they might not recommend you for future jobs.

Your contract of employment probably stipulates a notice period, anywhere between 1 and 4 weeks. If you just walk out, it will not look good to future employers.

I don't know why not.
Employment at will is a statute in most states that say you can do just that, but employers can fire you at any time without any reason, too.

You can, but I recommend giving 2 weeks notice so you don't get a bad reference.

Yes you can. As long as you don't plan to use this company as a job reference, you can just not show up to work.
