underpaid boss hears you but wont answer your questions. other people know about his bed hopping with some girls but do i use that as a bargain tool

Never mind his bedhopping, it's none of your business and it's not up to you to 'use it' in any way. Besides you will humiliate the girls he supposedly slept with.
The boss is probably not listening to you because you're not worth listening to. There are reasons why he is the boss and you are not. When you become the boss, you can decide how much or how little you respond to your underlings.

2 seperate issues. In most cases, a boss has a boss; if you can't get resolution to problem(s) that would be your next step, tell them you need more information / input to take care of----. As for the other problem, that would be an integrity issue, if it interferes with the work, you could report that; otherwise it's up to the girls' to handle the matter. good luck

If you use it you could be charged with blackmail and go to prison. Think twice. If he has acted in an inappropriate manner with girls they should file charges and sue for compensation from the company for allowing said events to occur. The boss can be sued and/or go to prison; and if company knowingly let him get away with it more heads will roll and lawyers will make money hand over fist.

Start looking for another job.... because this one here is going down..... Tell those girls that you will be witness, if one of them girls ever files a lawsuit against that person. Have some kind of proof- maybe you can record his advancements on tape.... best is- if you don't let him know that you know anything about his sexual harassment issue.... so he doesn't watch your every move.

Him being your boss puts him at an advantage if it gets to be a you or him situation. And these days who do you think is going to care if he had a few affairs?

believe me when i tell you that this guy putting it about the company with the girls will only improve his standing. if he wont listen to you and it is important then go to the next level to get answers.
