Tacky is seeing those rappers, singers etc, with chains around their neck they could replace a tow truck chain
Tacky is for celebrities getting into the charity thing using their celebrity status while raking in millions of dollars.

there is this middle aged woman that i work with and we have a bsuiness caual dresscode but she insists on getting as close to the line as she can without breaking dresscode.

let me paint the pic.. she is about 5 3 she is about 180 super round behind and little everywhere else. she wears a camoflauge(green and grey) Tube dress with a tak top under (brown) with whatever color pants pop out at her first from the closet. and these boots that are like Fuzzy on the inside with pom poms hanging from them that are cream. this is just one of her fashion don't outfits.. This i think is tacky.
