is the first line from fire (crazy world of arthur brown) taken from anything?

you know, the 'i am the god of hellfire, and i bring you . . ' bit. Is it from a play or a film or did he just make it up. I think the prodigy used it as a sample as well

I heard it was taken from a 1960's horror movie, which unfortunatly I have forgotten the title of. Yes, I think Prodigy (in "Firestarter") used a sample of this song. Did you know that Arthur Brown just did a gig with Lene Lovich in Norfolk, UK.? Good to know that they are still around. Sorry for not being much help.
