Is the ps2 game 7 sins rated 16+ exactly the same as the 18 rated game?

I would imagine it will be, especially if it has the same cover on it. You often find that the games are the same but if they have a different age rating, then one of them will probably be imported from a different country who didn't think it needed to have such a high rating on the game.

No 16 and 18 are different numbers

16 is a teen rating

18 is an adult rating
