Maybe I need to do more research, but I don't know of any system that allows the highly popular 'new age' televisions to act as a monitor. I realized that a similar question was posted before, however, I'm referring to maybe a 'wireless' set-up.

see if your computer has a PCI-E/AGP graphic card...
newer cards have PS2 based TV-out that modern TV sets support..

get a TV tuner card that can give output on tv

Yes, but it depends on the TV. Newer sets these days have several different possible inputs (regular video, S-video, two different flavors of HDTV video) and some can take a computer video cable directly.

Apple has a system you can hook up to a big screen. It all depends on the outputs on your computer. You might be able to get a video adapter to allow for it.

No wireless technology for this..

no ure computing gadget demonstrate is on the instant linked to ure pix adaptor and there isn't any way of utilising it to your laptop the vga port is there as an output for a visual demonstrate unit or in lots of cases used with projectors for reflects yet cant be used any incorrect way around sorry. wish this helps

There are several ways to do this. If your tv has a vga input then just connect the vga out from your pc to your tv. If your tv doesn't have a vga input and your pc has an s-video output, then use that connection. If your pc doesn't have an s-video, then you will need a vga-to-tv converter.
