I would play Branch and Burress. I think they give you the best chance for a big performance.

Burress is a given- Its going to be a close game and both teams are going to throw the ball a lot
If you want to take a risk play Branch.. I don't know if it was just one time deal that he got that many passes or if the Seahawks like him
If you want to play it safe go with Edwards b/c Cleveland practically has to live off the pass b/c they're always behind

I would start Deion Branch and also Plaxico Burress.

plaxico burress hands down because lets not forget what santana moss and the redskins did to the dallas defense. On top of that eli manning is the best qb of all those teams.
