The sincerity of their smile and the look in their eyes. That can tell you alot about a person right from the start.

If it's a girl, I notice her eyes and hair almost simultaneously. I always seek out the colors of a person's beauty. When I see another guy, I notice their eyes and chest. The eyes I can understand, but I don't know why I look at their chest. It doesn't happen all the time though. Interesting I guess you could say.

Lips and teeth, because I am too shy to look people in the eye immediately. And lips and teeth can tell you a lot about a person! Good OR bad.

The first thing I notice when I look at someone is their demeanor. What kind of vibes are they presenting to the world. Are they confident in who they are? Are they modest, shy, introverted, extroverted ? That is the thing I notice first.

First, overall appearence. If they look dirty, hair being combed, etc... Then the eyes. I always notice the eyes and teeth.

Their overall facial biometrics... people with really large jaws or foreheads or eyes that are too close/too far apart weird me out--I pick up on that stuff instantly.

After that, it is invariably their hair colour/fullness followed by skin tone and complexion.
