I don't know, but Lionel needs to come out of denial and stop saying there's nothing wrong with her and get that girl some help!!!!

WOW. Doesn't anyone know that the whole thing about Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie is FAKE?! They did it for the Simple Life. Paris even admitted it on Letterman. Anyway, Nicole Ritchie has been seen going to a professional Eating Disorder doctor. I would assume it is an eating disorder. I doubt it is heroin since she has been in rehab and recovered already several years ago.

Nicole Ritchie is definitely anorexic and a druggie. She is starving herself and it's disgusting. All you ever see her holding a cup and drinking. What about food? She has lost so much weight. She used to be a drug addict then she went to rehab and it looks like she is back to her old habits. Even if she is anorexic how can she starve herself for so long and let herself get so thin? Probably heroin. She has the money to afford it. I think she does it for publicity.

Kristen K, spot on! That is EXACTLY what I was going to say. I think she is a little bit of both. I like how NR said on Oprah that if she had an eating disorder, she would say it, because she admitted to having a heroin problem. But, most people with addictions lie to cover up and to make themselves feel as if they don't have a problem.

I've seen interviews with her father and with her, and they claim it's neither. Obviously she has some problem. The interesting thing is she is not completely in denial. She seems to be aware that she has a problem and is trying to resolve it, but has not been successful. It's a shame - She's very pretty and seems to have a fun personality. I for one wish her the best. I think she has it all over Paris Hilton.

Both, she should have been taught where she really was from she was a roadies child that was adopted by Richie which makes her no less of a person. Paris and her definely make fun of people that are financially challenged
