It is okay do anything on a date. In America, nobody is going to stop you from doing anything unless it is illegal. But, not everything you do will yield positive consequences. So, the answer to your question is that it is okay to look at other girls, but your date is not going to like it.

totally depends on the girl. but normally...no. i mean you can look...but not linger. and if your date is talking to you or looking at you PAY ATTENTION. don't stare at the nice pair of legs across the table.
