When you get to know them, yes I feel I do most of the time. Comes from experience, family, education, relationships. If you learn more about someone, you find out why they act or react due to their life's circumstances. To just meet someone, no, I would have no clue what makes them tick.

I believe I have a good understanding of what makes ME tick and I adapt this to what makes others tick. It's good to know your strengths and limitations.

no i know what makes me tick some people i will never work out like just recently i got reported for telling somebody Good Luck my offence was thats not a answer
some people i will never work out i just put them in the boring and pathetic list
