This is a very broad question because in one organism alone, there are many different types of cells.

But say you want to compare a brain cell (neuron) between a human and a dog. The cells themselves are completey made of the same structures but the concentrations of chemicals that run through them may come differently. In addition, humans would have way MORE brain cells than dogs. This in way, the structure of the cells into tissue is different but the cells themselves are very similar.
