You dont have to tell him about these thoughts ,your only hurting him,and it doesnt get rid of the so called guilt, youve got nothing to feel guilty about ,everyone has these thought ,your boyfriend probably looks at attractive girls,he wouldnt be human if he didnt ,and neither would you.
Are you sure you dont tell him to make him jealous because that would be very wrong.

You're only human. Maybe there are different ways you can express these thoughts to him to make him feel better.
But my best guess is that you're getting restless. You should try maybe going on a break and seeing if you really do want to stay with him. Sometimes getting away from each other and the relationship helps you realize how much more you really love each other!

He is having emotional things going on in his mind.
I know you have been with him a long time, but do ou really want to spend your life with somene that talks and acts like this?
You need to break this off for a while until he gets counseling or something.
This relationship does not need to go any further until he gets help.
You do not need someone acting like this to be the 'man /head of your house and father of your children'.

Over thinking is a common problem, especially in women. You are probably suffering from low mood/anxiety and need to get out of the pattern of over thinking. There are self help books on over thinking, they are brilliant. It takes practice to stop the over thinking process but once you master it, it works. Get to the book store and start reading. Good luck

If these thoughts and your responses to them are having an important impact in your life it may be worth checking with a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to see if they can help you get a better perspective on them.

Thoughts are a private matter and should never be made public that's why they are not written on our forehead. Everyone has thoughts, but acting on them is something totally different. If your boyfriend left you it woudn't be because of your thoughts, it would because you were stupid enough to share them.

O my god you are only human, thoughts are nothing. You can look at the menu as long as you dont order anything. Keep your thoughts to yourself they are yours and yours alone nothing to feel guilty about we all do it, if he told you every time he thought about another woman in a sexual way how would you feel.

you do no longer owe him something. He left and subsequently he should not be entitled to any style of advantages. He has moved on and so have you ever so enable by ability of gones be by ability of gones. If he had no qualms approximately moving out he will do an identical after he have been given his greencard.
