Looking at this fat little pudgy-faced as*wipe makes me want to laugh. He has a million-man army, a couple of nukes and still can't get anybody to take him seriously! His starving people will eventually get tired of him and his demise will undoubtedly be very unpleasant. I can almost hear him begging now....

He's just plain ugly and bored..... I think he's doing it to gain attention from the world because no one really cares about his sorry communist country and their activities.

Well, yes, he is indeed pathetic and ridiculous: high heels... (what is he trying to compensate himself from?), ugly forelock, huge insect-like sunglasses... (does he think he's an aging rock-star?), sad little face...
And yet, I believe we should take the little Umpa- Lumpa seriously, as obviously he's up to no good and so far his megalomania promoted him too well.
