I got a good dark navy blue pea coat at a place called Rag Stock. They are usually in large cities. I know Chicago, Minneapolis, all over Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa etc. Stores. They have a website Ragstock.com. they give locations and numbers. I think you can even order the stuff online or give them a call. If you don't want to use Rag Stock try and Army Surplus Store. They have a lot of stuff like that for cheap. Boots, Pea Coats, Camo Fatigues, etc. I hope this helps. Rag Stock is your best bet. I hope this helps.
Take Care and Good luck.

Old Navy has some on sale, some of them are like 50 or 60 dollars. Also, if you're near an Old Navy outlet, they have them for like $30.
