what foods have vitamin k?

(Almost) no foods. You 'make' it in your intestines.

It is not water soluble and therefore can only be 'digested' if it is in fatty substances. Eating vegetables for their Vit-K content may sound great... does not work.

Deep green vegetables, like spinach, kale and collard greens, contain the highest amounts of vitamin K. A variety of other fruits and vegetables also make the high list. Liver, bacon and butter are also good sources of this vitamin, but you should avoid them because of their high cholesterol and fat content.
