The USA have more weapons of mass destruction than all the other countries on earth put together and I'd like to know who's checking them out! Their the ones I worry about. I'm ashamed to think that our country got involved in Iraq, it has just made everything worse. For the record this has always been my stand and I'm white.

Well we use nuclear weapons to threaten other countries so in a way we are the terrorists.
We worry about North Korea that they might make a half decent nuke one day and use it on us, but how do you think the ordinary people living there feel knowing that with a press of a button we have enough nuclear weapons to blow their whole country off the face of the earth.
I do not worry myself about nuclear war... its going to happen someday so get over it. If a bomb hits near me I'll be dead before I realise.
I mean we have had nukes on this planet now for 61 years, in that time they have been used twice in war and come close many other times so do you really think we can go the next 70 or so years without them bieng used again?
You think Bush wouldn't use his nukes if he thought he needed to? You think he would wait for the US to get hit before he fires or you think he would be the first to press the button?

Well the way government nuclear shelters are being sold off gives you an idea of the threat. There is also hidden passive detectors all over major towns to help combat the nuclear terrorist, you've got to get on with your life or the terrorist wins.

Yes I do worry about nuclear war and weapons of mass destruction and like you it gets to me and make me panicky, but to tell you the truth its the people with their finger on the pulse that worry me more, why on earth do we even need these weapons.

Yes, I think most people worry about mass destruction. But this has happened before with Korea and America, so ideally it's between them. But guess who's getting dragged in.

I do not worry about a nuclear war.
People in power are self-centred, wish to leave a great legacy behind them, generally have families and like to travel.
Causing a nuclear war puts an instant stop to this.
Oops.......!
I forgot about Bush.

You know if it happens it happens. Sometimes it scares me but I can't let it get me down. It's something that I have no control over it anyway. I don't think we should be worrying about it. I hope that we are not terrorists.

People say it is bad that North Korea has nukes because they might give them to Al-Qaeda, who would then procede to nuke New York/DC.
I agree, however it is certain that the "terrorists" (really every country uses terrorism) will eventually get nukes, so we need to work with that.
If you are worried, then move out into the country where no one will nuke you.

It used to worry me 20 years ago, but now I have come to the conclusion that any country stupid enough to use one, would be blown to pieces by any number of other coutries with nuclear weapons as well.
Firing one, is like signing your own death warrant.
