Maybe they knew someone who was promiscuous and that person just happened to be a Libra. That's not to say that all Libras are sluts.
By the way, Yahoo will allow you to type sluts, but not the singular version of that word. Slut - see?

Libras are very very flirty signs...it's not necessarily that they are acting on their impulses--but due to jealousy other signs may think they are "sluts" because they are so flirty and open with their romantic gestures. Libras are also known to have had many a boyfriend as they cannot make up their mind to which one they truly want.
I wouldn't say they are sluts--because that is all a matter of opinion. I would say they are flirty, friendly, very cute and can be taken the wrong way by other jealous females.
