I know 93 octane doesn't exist in CA, but I would like to get the cleanest gas possible for my new car. Anyone had problems with a particular brand? Love a specific brand? My old car couldn't run on ARCO, but thrived on Chevron.

i've been using chevron supreme for years! won't use anything else.

91 jeep cherokee laredo
94 honda prelude vtech (heavily modified)
95 honda accord ex (heavily modified)

I heard Shell is good but I've also read reports as long as you get the right octane you are fine since gas is gas.

bp 93 for me. make sure you don't buy gas right after they fill the tanks, tends to kick up sediment from the bottom of the tanks!

i got a 05 STI and i do not use anything but exxon premium it works great no nocks no problems

I find BP is the best. Or Exxon.
