Bathroom polo refers to some establishments (restaurants, hotels, etc.) that have a collection of cologne in their restrooms.
She's saying he is probably dabbing about $3 worth of it on himself for his new woman.

I think you're referring to Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats," where almost every lyric website puts down that she is saying "bathroom polo." I was wondering what that was, too, and saw other people saying that "bathroom polo" is the cologne that they offer for free in some bathrooms before you leave. However, I think she actually is saying "bathroom cologne," not "bathroom polo."
