Listen to yourself *gentle smile*. The word achievement oozes importance. There is nothing negative about an achievement and therefore all achievements must be important.

As an example, i was fooling around with my camera the other week and ended up taking some completely fab pictures (even if i do say so myself!!)I had not intended it but the result was good and i felt proud of what i had done. There's the importance of an achievement - it makes you feel good and proud of what you can do.

Dont underestimate any achievement..! x x x

An achievement is something accomplished, esp. by superior ability, special effort, great courage, etc.; a great or heroic deed: his remarkable achievements in art.

Many times achievements are important even if they were not intended.

For example, A man sees a child being attacked by a vicious dog. he runs to save the child and scares away the dog putting himself in danger. He did not intend to do anything great that day, yet it was achieved, even though unintended.

You know most inventions are the byproduct of looking for something else? Are they therefore useless?
