Kenny Chesney's new albulm is great... Tim McGraw is fantastic... if you are able to look past their political views than anything by the Dixie Chicks is fantastic... Rascall Flatts is great... listen to your local country station... chances are they'll have a great variety and you can figure out what YOU like... everybodies musical tastes are different and there is no right or wrong style... but Joe Nichols is really great feel good music

I would try some oldies such as the carter family, a little bluegrass, you have to have soem country blues with Hank Williams, and of course Elvis.
There are also many country great country artist form over seas like Australia's Kasey Chambers.
Some of your rock starss sing a mean country, (try UNcle Kracker, and Kid Rock)
Yahoo launch has a ton of them online you can watch free.
If you have at&t cable or comcast they may still have the old cable music channel;s. At&t used hav e cmt, and a 24/7 vedio channels without commercials non-interupted music on country, blues, rock, classics, gospel, jazz, heavy metal, bluegrass ect.

If you ask in yahoo questions and annswers you might find old hard to locate music.

My favorites are Rascal Flatts, Toby Keith, Reba McEntire, Gary Allen, Blake Shelton, The Wreckers, Shania Twain, You can always go with the pre mixed cd's that are - now that is what I call country or something like that. Check the stores and get the top 40 stuff - it isn't that twangy stuff like "old" country is.
