I'm glad that you asked that for some reason! lol I know that Iceland's national food is called Þorramatur. I don't know how to pronounce it lol. It is made out of dried fish, rotten shark, sour ram testicles, burned sheep heads, sheep head jam, and blood pudding. I know, it sounds pretty gross. It held my interest for a while lol. That is usually eaten during the ancient Nordic month of þorri. I do not know much about that either lol. But I think that it would be good for your project. Dried fish is very traditional there and I think they drink lots of beer there too lol. You can probably find out more by going to my sources lol
