There is nothing you can do about it. I have a no good one as well. I have a court order and everything and he refuses to work and when he does he never works long enough for them to catch him. I have decided just to let it build up against him and eventually it will come back to bite him in the ***. You just have to realize that it is just you in this now and do what you have to do to provide for your child. Good luck and know that you will be ok and you can do it!

I am in the same boat only thing I can say is take him to court but that might not even work cause I did that 2 years ago and the court system didnt do anything and well needless to say he is still jobless and wont have anything to do with his son. Go on with your life and take him out. You will find someone that will care enough. Just take it one day at a time.

Don't hurt him, give him everything like respect, money and love. Isn't that what he is giving you and the children? Didn't you already give him that and he left anyways?
He is a LOSER!
What else would you do besides take him to court for child support. Protect your children because they need it, not a selfish creep for a dad.

Depends- if you're smart you'd find an attorney, and maybe the local proscuitor and start a papertrail.

If he won't get a job? You should of thought what kind of loser guy he was BEFORE you went to bed with him and make a kid who has to suffer for YOUR selfishness.

Thats why its called BIRTH CONTROL TO PREVENT THINGS LIKE THIS

You only have two choices here.

1. Turn him in to the district attorney for your state as a deadbeat dad.

2. Move on and support them as best you can by yourself.

Take him to court for child support
the judge will order him to get a job
if he doesn't obey the judges ruling he
will be found in contempt and they will issue a
warrant for his arrest.
and if he does get a job the judge will order to
garnish his $check.
good luck
if you don't file for a Court hearing
you'll never get support
he's what you call a dead beat dad

Well... sadly you are not alone... mothers and fathers do not always like to take responsibility for their children... first of all try going for child support... however I have not had child support in over 3 years... I just work that much more.

Check with your cities services. Usually the Da's office has a division to handle those problems. He can and will go to jail for not paying child support.

You go after him for child support through the courts. HE files a tax return every year...then they base the payments on what he puts in his tax returns

There are state angencies that will hunt him down like a dog. They are not very good at what they do though. But there are private angencies who do the same thing for a fee.
