When fish enter into caves...and become trapped, over time their eyes actualy atrophy. If they were to swim back out into the light something again very strange(over generations) would happen. They would grow eyes.

Light does not desire to see itself. Light simply is...it possesses no desires nor thoughts of its own. However, living organisms tend to 'acquire' the ability of sight. This is due to the fact that with sight an organism is able to see enemies, food, mates, and the general environment. If what you say is true, the reason the eyes atrophy is that sight becomes useless in a dark cave. So the eyes are ignored and the other senses become more enhanced. It is simply this...

I would think that in the cave, where there is darkness, there is nothing to see. Therefore the eyes are not needed so they atrophy. When they go out into the light there is something to see because of the light, so they develop eyes to preform this
function. Light just seems to reflect more light as it radiates outward.

Light cannot be anthropomorphized. Eyes exist as a sensory mechanism to enable survival. It is the animal utilizing an existing resource to further its own survival.

Our mind cannot see the light because it is clouded with thoughts. Thoughts are like cloud that hides the light to our view. When the mind is cleared it is with the light.( it is the light)

Organisms use whatever environmental stimulus is available to them. Evolution has efficiently worked it out over time. We use what we need to survive.
The way the question is asked makes no sense.
