I have a lab showing that one of my ovaries have grown 2.5 ctm and I have been having cramps. should i worry?

the doctor says that there is no cysts on the ultrasound but could it be endometriosis

endometriosis could be a consideration for continuin lower abdominal pain, see your doctor if pains persist or worsen, good luck
