I've heard the weed's good in Australia, that'll help you sleep :-) Also, some ginseng will sort you out :-)

You're not missing much here. It's raining and borderline chilly. Why don't you hop onto the Radio 1 website and listen to Scott Mills? That'll cheer you up :-) Or maybe slip across to the Eastenders site and watch a snippet or two?

I'd happily trade places with you if it's bothering you that much :-)

To help you sleep.....warm yourself a cup of milk and add 1/4 teaspoon of butter ("ghee" is best but I know you do not have it from the health food store). Calicum (and Magnesium) is calming to the nerves.
Sweet dreams.
Love and Peace,
S.

I was in Perth in April and let me tell you trying to sleep is a complete nightmare.
Just try and get to bed at the local time and force yourself up in the morning.
Get down the beach and really knacker yourself...
Or drink yourself stupid that worked for me it was great..
Have a bonza time....No worries..................JK
