Tea is better for you, but most places offer coffee, not tea, so I was just asking for practical purposes.

What is the point of drinking cofee if you prefer tea. It takes humans 8 weeks to train their taste buds. For example, I used to drink a lot of sweet tea and started gaining weight so I switched to unsweet tea. For about 8 weeks it tasked terrible, now I preffer it over sweet tea.

Put whatever taste good to you in it. I like sweet liquid cream, then I don't need sugar. Go to the Grocery store and go to where the creamers are and buy one very small container. Starbucks will let you sample taste. Start off not being cheap.
