The eyeliner you wear should accentuate your eye colour. SO if you have blue/green eyes, wear a brown eyeliner. For brown eyes wear black eyeliner. Also, eyeliner isn't for everybody, ifyou have small eyes and the eyeliner makes them smaller, then don't wear it. As for eyeshadow, go for colours that suite your eye colour and are appropriate for wherever it is you are going. Blush should be applied on to the apples of your cheeks and swept slightly upward on your cheekbones. Hope that helps.

Ok.. if you need some corrections, use a concealer.. they come in a wide variety of consistencies. A yellow-based colored corrects veins, spots and most imperfections. Use it under eyes, around nose, and on any pimple. Apply with its own felt tip applicator and blend with a sponge)..If it is a long lasting formula, like physicians formula twin concealers duo, its better.. then proceed with powder, using the coverage that suits your skin the best.. after that brush your lashes to remove any powder. You can now apply blush.. depends on the shape of your face the way you apply it, but if yours is average, go lighlty from the center of the cheeks towards ears and a little bit higher for a natural look.. to look younger you might apply pink blush on the apples .. then lipgloss, curl your lashes slightly and apply 1 or 2 coats of mascara to avoid lookind undone. You might want to apply liner, but the best for the natural look you stated is a thin line ULTRA CLOSE to your lashes up and down to make your eyes look bigger.. Don't apply it from inner corner, but starting about at 2/3 of your eye, and work it outwards..for lower lid, start from outer corner, and just line the half, softening the line to avoid that it looks too obvoius.. You can see my answer to the eyeliner problem" .. If you follow these directions and practice a little bit, you will look polished but natural..

Here's a great method that takes very little time and is virtually goof-proof:

1. Use a light peach or light pink cream blush (depending on your complexion). Three tiny dots along each cheekbone, one right above each temple, and a tiny one on your chin. Use your fingertips to blend it well. Use the same blush (well blended) on your eyelids.
2. Sweep a mineral powder makeup all over your face.
3. Line and use mascara on your eyes as usual, but line only the outside half of your eyes.
4. Using a fingertip, tap the same blush you used on your eyelids and cheeks onto your lips.
5. Smooth on some Chapstick over your lips, and you're done!

well, u can start by getting an eyeshadow brush (the applicators they usually come w/ aren't very helpful when trying to wash the eyelid w/ color)

also, try using lighter colors First, then when u feel like experimenting, try contouring at the crease w/ darker shadow. practice practice practice!!

i like to use a light lavendar shade on the lid, from the inside corner of the eye, around the eyeball outline, and to the edge of the outside of the eye... kinda like a half/moon. then sometimes i will go in w/ a darker purple in the crease

then, for eyeliner, u need to get either a sharp brown or black liner (or dark green/dark purple)....u can either try pencil, or liquid (i like liquid) . key to making ur eyes look BIG is to start at the inner corner, stay as close to the lash line as possible, as thin as possible. then when u get to 3/4 of the eye, go Straight OUT and UPWARDS, u can have a thicker line there. it makes ur eye have more depth and stand out more!! practice again.. good luck!

oh yeah.. MASCARA!!!! and white/light color highlighter shadow on lower lid looks great too!

***for blush, i use a fairly fat, poufy brush, and i get blush (powder).... then follow the cheekbone, going upwards towards the ear!! :)

Are you irregular? Some women have P.C.O.S. (cyst on the ovaries) that cause irregularity and very painful cramp like symptoms due to cysts bursting, I don't know about heavy menstration though. Either way you should go to a doctor, but don't freak yourself out, most likely its nothing or can get fixed/healed quickily.

If you go to the mall or a cosmetic store and talk to the people at the makeup counters, they'll probably be willing to help you put it on in order to try to sell it to you. Watch what they do, and then you know how to do it! (You don't have to buy their stuff, but if you take their time, it'd be nice of you to buy something!)

Don't use eyeliner if you have small eyes instead use a nice rose petal or grey on your eyes and use mascara also you can have light blush and gloss for a more natural look.

Make a fish face to put your blush on...you know...like suck you cheeks in and apply to upper part...but not too dark...It should look like somebody made you blush or a healthy glow.

try wearing your eye liner on the top eyelid instead of the lower and, with the eyeshadow use your lighter color on the lower part of your top eyelid and the darker color put it at an angle brushing towards the end of your eyebrow.
