By being honest. It shouldn't matter if you've known someone for 5 minutes or 20 years. If you fancy them, step up to the plate and go for it. Life is way too short to be worrying about the small stuff. Heck, she's probably been holding her breath forever hoping you would make a move.

Well try and find out if she likes you first even if you think she does a little wait to be certain as you don't want to reck your friendship !! I did this with a boy he said he only liked me as a friend and now i'm so imbarrssed each time i see him !!!! once your sure and she's sure you both like each other nothing will need to be said and tings will just move on to the next level !!
