I happened to catch the very end. Why was it airing on a Monday? Did I miss something here?

No, it's not new. They seem to be showing reruns on Fox on Mondays. It's actually not going to be new again until the 31st. Last night's was the one about the old doctor dude who wanted House to kill him, but House wouldn't because he wanted to figure out what he was dying of first. It's also the one where the young hot chick starts stalking House.

No, all House episodes are repeats until after the World Series. House was on Monday because the Baseball game was rained out. There were two episodes back to back.

No it wasn't new. It was a rerun. The new episode will air Oct. 31 at 9pm

The baseball game was rained out so they played House, not new though.
