Anything with music and lights is a pretty good bet. There's one I'd definitely recommend, the LIttle Tikes Musical Ocean Gym. It has a fish in the middle that spins, and it plays music and has lights. It grows with the baby, because it adjusts from an angle for when the baby is laying down, to vertical for when she can sit up, to horizontal (table style) when she can stand. My daughter loved hers. I know another couple whose son had the same thing, and he loved it too. You can order it online from Toys R Us for $19.99 (I just checked).

haha when i was a baby (My mom has pics) she would put me on the bed and put a dog or a bunny there. A toy 1 and i would just lay there and look at it for like 10 mins. My mom says it was so cute but I'm not a baby anymore. Maby try that, maby ur baby will like it. That's all i can think of.

The Lamaze fish bowl is a great toy for 6 month olds. It has small fish that each have a different sound and texture that make them fun for little hands to hold. My grand-daughter loves it! She also enjoys spending time in her exersaucer.

get some kind of an entertainer toy that holds the baby upright in a seat that has lots of toys attatched to it. i got a pretty cheap one from wallmart that made noises and lit up whenever the baby jumps up and down in it. (babies go crazy for anything with lights and noises)

Wow. My toddlers laughed previously than 3 months even. Does she snigger once you tickle her, or play such as you're blowing on her abdomen or feet? If no longer, i might have a pediatrician examine her out.
