We just moved into an important and it's great aside from the toilet. There's enough water to fully flush but after the flush, the water in the bowl is very low, almost at the bottom. We have to do a half flush to fill it back up to normal levels. I've tried to add more water to the reservoir but that hasn't really done the trick. Does anyone have any idea how to make it so that after a flush, the water in the bowl itself returns to a normal level for a toilet? Thanks.

No difference --- you just experienced Boy toilets vs Girl Toilets. Water level in BOWL (not tank) is determined by TRAP design .... LOWER water for Boys or they are "dipping" ---- higher levels for girls as courtesy of less splash. I have found even Home Depot and Loews toilet salesmen don't know this.

simply go to homedepot ask for a fluidmaster ballcock then ask for a bullseye flapper. replace your old parts with these and your problems will be solved

YOU EITHER NEED TO ADJUST THE FLOAT LEVEL IN THE TANK OR REPLACE ALL OF THE HARDWARE IN THE TANK INCLUDING THE SHUT OFF VALVE BELOW THE TANK. THEY GOT A NEW KING THAT YOU JUST SLIDE THE FLOAT UP OR DOWN AND ITS SIMPLE TO ADJUST

only one answer to this. inside the tank is a small tube that sticks inside the overflow tube this is what fills the bowl. sometimes thay come loose at the fill cock.
