sry i should have explained this better... Ok, the AF is giving the locals a commision on the pirated DVD's and charging the soldiers extra to help pay for the Airforce needs... It is not on the books as far as i know, it's all cash... The cash is then spent on MWR materials... I know it sounds like a good cause, but it is illegal as far as i know, and we should expect the airforce to support the MWR itself w/out having to sell pirated movies... and over charge soldiers for the movies... You can buy the same pirated movies from the iraqi's in the city for $1-$2, the airforce charges the fobgoblins (soldiers who never leave the base) $5!!!

You really know NOTHING about the Military or its shopping Services at all, as evidenced by this irrational and ridiculous posting.

why would you like to pay full price for a movie you would watch once or twice, and you know it only cost 10 cents to make, so $1 or $2 max $5 is fair, compared to 25 to 30 bucks
somebody is getting billions and not helping the community.
