No. For more details do a research on Chimera and DNA. Basically it's having 2 sets of DNA in the same body.
For example: If you want to use DNA to prove that your child is really yours, the result could come up false, even if you are the real parent.

They are between 99.1 and 100% sure in this day and age. I'm an RN and understand your concern but the chances of a mistake are negligible unless the lab is not accredited. If in doubt have the test done a second time at a different lab.
