Hello to all did anyone here experience this? we just got our new house windows and they are fiberglass windows, just this week I noticed the condensation on all of our new windows, I sent the company an e-mail telling them about the condensation and they told us that it is good that we're having condensation from the inside. just curious if anyone have encounter this kind of problem?

It's not a bad thing for there to be moisture on the inside of your house. If it's in danger of causing mold, the best thing you can do is allow for some airflow in your house from an open window, and just keep up on it, wiping around your windows fairly regularly.

If the air inside has a high humidity and the window temperature is at or below the dew point you will get condensation. Normally you want the humidity inside in the winter between 40-50% at 70 degrees. If you are still getting condensation the windows are not insulating very well.
