I would like to say neither but Nicole has the edge to me because she is not mean spirited like Paris in messing with and taking someone else's man.

Nicole in almost every respect that should matter. When you dress them up though, Paris trumps Nicole on a pure hawtness scale.

i would say Nicole Richie just because she has a good head on her shoulders, doesn't dress like a slut anymore just to impress people and guys and knows what she wants out of life. But Paris...shes completly the opposite!

They are both the same, neither is better than the other, and neither would be on any top 100 or higher list of mine. I can find better in any town/city, on any given day.

Neither of them are worth as a human being. What good can they do? Maybe spending money and looking like toothpicks. That's just my thought though.
