i have a head ache, and ocasionally i'll feel dizzy. also i feel flushed out. what do you think is wrong? oh and bye the way i'm only 12

What does flushed out mean?

Have you started to become a grown up man or are you still undeveloped in that area?

Have youhad these headaches for a long time? OR just recently?

When during your day do you get them
How long do they last
how often do you get them
are they mild or severe headaches?
What is your diet like? Whta do you esat and when?

Did the headaches start after somethign jhappened like didi you nmove to a new house or stay in a hospital or start going in some place you had not gone to before.

how do you get rid of them?
DO you live in US or someother place?
HOw long do you watch TV do Homework or work where you have to concentrate and look closely at something.
DO you play a loit of video games

I think you may need to do some blood test to see what i wrong and I hope that you have seen a doctor about it before... this is not good at all and should have another look at it and it could be minor or a very serious problem!! I wish you all the best!!

It may be hormonal. Check out www.hufa.org, the symptoms link, and see if you have any other symptoms, then read about low blood sugar at the low blood sugar link.

You may just need more protein in your diet - or protein based snacks between meals.

it depends. how long has it been going on. it sounds like the beginning of a cold or maybe a sinus infection. check to see if you have a fever or if your glands are swollen.

tell your mom or dad that you are not feeling well. they will decide if you need to see the doctor.

Talk to your parents. You may have a cold or the flu.
