any tire sold in US has a DOT # and the first set of numbers will tell you where tire was made and who owns plant.once you get the dot # call FIRESTONE TECHNICAL SERVICES and ask them nicely to decode the number,they will do it.

Nexen tire is a Korean tire manufacturer, they are their own parent company
