My name is Omar Scott. My father died on Dec 5, 2003 of a rare skin cancer called Mycosis fungoides Non-Hodgki's Lymphoma. I have been trying to find someone who can help up complete our fathers dying wish. I have a journal stating everything from a Mis Dagnosis to wrong meds as well as him geing Laughed at. My father was imprisoned for a parole iolation. There wre officers who would rather taunt him and threaten him than just help him. my father was a sick man while in jail and they did not treat him with the propor meds he needed. if they would have treated him with the medication he would still be alive. we need justice. we need a good lawyer can someone help us?.

The statute of limitations for "wrongful death" lawsuits in most states is one to two years. Since your father died nearly three years ago, you may want to check with a local attorney as soon as possible.
