First thing to do is have a DNA test done. I test people for paternity cases and I can't tell you how many come up where the person who thinks he is the father is not. If the child is yours the only way I know for you to get out of child support is for her to marry and the husband adopt the child and you sign all of your rights over. Please don't be one of these dead beat dads. I see it all the time and I can tell you it really does affect the kids.

You don't get out of child support. You played, now you should pay. If you get behind on child support, it will follow you around for the rest of your life. So just do the right thing for everyone.

haha 99.9% of the people that answered ur question are pissed. o well poor child.. his/her dad doesnt want to take the responsibility. well im an asian and i understand that asian have a strong family ties. they even keep their son/daughter in their house regardless of the age. how many old asian parents in a carehome? their son and daugther prefer to take care of them til they die. prolly your child will do the same if you raise her good but you.... ur a moron. i feel sorry for the child. if i see you right now im gonna give u an asian *** whooping. loser.... oops i also got pissed its a 100% now.

Sweety, you said the key. YOU got a girl pregnant, so you don't and can't. You do jail time for things like that, its called CHILD ABANDONMENT. Its not nice. That's why its so many fatherless children out here now. No Acceptance Of Responsibilities.

Legally, you can not. Race has nothing to do with Child Support unless you sign a waiver from her stating such and giving up your rights as a parent.

what does white got to do with anything? she was white when you had sex with her. you should pay for your child,not matter what! how do you think the mother feel's, she is already paying .so why should'nt you. be a father,not a deadbeat dad. think about this do what is right. the kid need's a mom and dad.
