Surely the voters can be convinced that a phony land deal by a democrat is ten times as bad as pedophilia, influence peddling, bigotry, racism and general hypocrisy, don't you think?

We can blame it on Bill and HIllary, maybe even Chelsea if we are creative enough. Let's get going now!

All Repulicans have to do is keep repeating he's a crook. They understand how to slander better than they understand how to govern.

Reid owned the land in a partnership. He didn't disclose this (perhaps because the other partner, and old friend of his, is rumored to have had mafia connections. Las Vegas, a few years ago, was run by the mob, and some of these guys have stuck around) The land was bought and sold at market prices, Reid reported the profit when made, just not the partnership. It's well known in NV and the Senate that Reid is a friend of this guy, but he should technically have reported the land as held in the partnership not as owned only by him. The ethics committee let his off after one day.

They haven't been able to find anything wrong with the deal so far. So what do you want to read into it?
