Depends on what you mean by poor to be honest. There was no social security, no national health care people died from diseases that today simple antibiotics would treat. Housing was bad no central heating fires very damp.
Try and think of everything we have today health care etc and what it would be like without.
Children were put into workhouses to work many hours.
Many children did not make their first or second birthday many women died in childbirth.
I think to be born very poor would have been the death of you.
(not you but people in general).
Not much help but hopes it guides you in the right way

About the same as it is now. Most people in US culture thought and think now that the poor are that way because they do not work hard enough. That alone makes life hard, beyond finding the basic means of survival--shelter, food, etc.

If each and every of the stats are a similar you would possibly want to be truly particular that they are one and a similar. I somewhat have a Mary on my area that got here to visit and replaced into listed on the deliver happen as Marie. you ought to bear in mind that once our ancestors got here to visit that they did not talk English making it puzzling on the archives taker.
