when I put in box size on UPS form the price goes up but my customer has already been automatically quoted. How do I fix this?

call & tell them, they can check it out if they want.

You can try emailing your customer and telling them that the quote they got was lower than the actual amount and tell them the price and ask them if they are willing to go up in their pay price or if they just don't want the product!

Use good buisness ethics. Call your customer explain to them that it is a quote and that the quote was incorrect that you would still love their buisness but the shipping cost is going to be x instead of y.

Eat the extra cost and save a customer or ship it usps which will be cheaper. Especially if you use media mail.

Don't ship with UPS, try the regular post office or Fed Ex!
