this may help.
If you can’t get lounge page to open do this! Click on My PC ,disk drive C, open windows folder, next open Downloaded programs file. click game you want to play to high lite it.delete it.Now go back to game,it will prompt you to download a demo,do so and page will open! Your old download is stale since yahoo's new up grades. ALSO this might work,it is the settings i use.
You need java for games, but not to open them,if you have microsoft VM. go to start button, settings,, control panel open internet options advance tab, scroll down to see if microsoft vm is there if so unclick the 2 java listed. Make sure JIT is checked, click apply then ok. close.this lets msn vm launch games. this will SPEED UP game loading time.if you don’t have msn VM,get it here http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserversystem/ virtualserver/default.mspx

are you trying to open a video game? Have you contacted the game maker's web site for patches or updates available that may help your problem? Other than that I am guessing what you are trying to do.
