I used to drink, and I mean gallons and gallons, from the hose when I lived in a desert climate and did a lot of watering. Then I heard there are toxins in the materials the hose is made from and that you shouldn't drink from a hose. I hope I don't die of cancer some day! It would be worth some online research.
