Fashion Bug and Lane Bryant are good...I think their sizes go up to 28 in pants and 30/32 in shirts. Roamans has nice clothes too, but they don't have a physical store; you have to order their products out of their catalogue. They go up to a size 44 in pants, I think. Here's their website:
