Most fish do this. It's called begging for food. My betta do it. My molly go to the feeding corner swimming rapidly back and forth. Which generally gets the rest of the tank involved. The only fish I have that don't do this are my bottom feeders, and shy fish like the dwarf gouramis. (My dwarfs tend spend most of their day hiding under plants.)
